Chef’s Choice Lunch - $32/person
Enjoy a chef-curated hot lunch featuring the entrée of the day, fresh salad, seasonal vegetable, starch, freshly baked bread, and dessert. Menu selections typically follow the Commons Café’s featured cuisine of the day—such as Italian, Tex-Mex, Southern Comfort, and more. 

Dual Entree Buffets (minimum order of 40):

BBQ Buffet - $45/person
Brisket and chicken served with garden salad, potato salad, pinto beans, sliced bread, seasonal relish tray and cobbler

Beef & Chicken Fajitas - $44/person
Beef & chicken fajitas, with Spanish rice and pinto beans - served with taco salad, flour and corn tortillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, hot sauce, sour cream, shredded cheese, and Chef's choice of dessert

Italian Buffet - $44/person
Beef lasagna and chicken marsala served with Caesar salad, penne pasta, fresh vegetable, garlic bread and tiramisu
