We understand not all events are the standard Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Any event after 5pm or on Saturdays are considered after hour events. In addition to regular fees (meeting room rental, audio visual and parking fees), additional fees are applicable for groups outside regular business hours. These events require additional staffing and custodial fees, dependent on number of attendees and space utilized. Your conference coordinator will be able to give you estimated costs, based on your event details. We also require at least 4 weeks notice for all weekend or evening events.
Please note on Saturdays we are offering the cold food options below. No outside food or beverages can be brought into conference center.
