Commons Event Services (CES), part of the Campus Services portfolio, works to provide greater access to event, space, and reservation management solutions to UT Austin and UT System. We are able to leverage the collective buying power of more than 80 university departments who utilize our services to provide enterprise-level software at discounted rates, with more support for managing their events, spaces, and resources. Both cloud-based products, Momentus and Cvent, have been fully vetted and approved by the Business Contracts Office, Information Security Office, and Procurement and Payment Services, allowing simplified access to premium software solutions.
