The Commons offers flexible catering options for Pickle Research Campus meetings and events.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of an estimate from a coordinator.

Delivery Options and Fees

Delivery without Service — Delivery Fee: $35
Food is delivered ready-to-serve in disposable packaging. No on-site staff provided. All beverages at room temperature unless otherwise arranged.
Minimum order: $300

Delivery with Service — Delivery Fee: $175
Includes full setup (chafers, urns, disposables), one-hour staffed service, and cleanup.
Client provides buffet/seating tables and linens.
Minimum order: $500 + menu minimums apply

Delivery with Service + Bar — Delivery Fee: $250
Includes food and bar setup, service, and cleanup, as well as TABC compliance and bar equipment.
Minimum order: $500 food order + 50 guests

Additional Notes:

  • Extended staffing billed at $40/hour per server
  • TABC Off-Site Permit Fee: $150 (filed 10+ business days prior)
  • Bar service includes 2 hours; extend for $5.25 per person, per additional hour

Pickup Orders

Clients may pick up directly from the Commons Café.

  • Off-Site Menu options available
  • Sack Lunch limit: 25
  • Café Meal Tickets: available for 10–25 guests
  • No packaging fees for sack lunches; beverages at room temperature unless arranged

Receptions & Off-Site Bar Packages

Bring the Commons experience to your location with our Reception Packages, featuring light, social fare paired with bar service — perfect for celebrations, networking events, or after-hours gatherings.

Each package includes your selected tier of hors d’oeuvres and beverages, along with setup, service, and cleanup. Bar service includes standard beer, local/premium beer, hard seltzers, red and white wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Requirements & Fees:

  • Minimum 50 guests
  • Selection of (1) Reception Package Tier (pricing varies by menu; based on final headcount)
  • Delivery with Service + Bar Fee: $250
  • TABC Off-Site Permit Fee: $150
  • Additional staffing: $40/hour per server
