To check availability of meeting space or to request a reservation at Commons Conference Center, you may call 512-471-5898 or email a Conference Coordinator directly at conferencecoordinator@austin.utexas.edu. You may also use our cloud-based space and reservation management platform, Momentus.
Momenus allows you to manage your program details:
- View availability and pricing
- Request space, audio visual and catering
- Modify existing reservations
- Access approval forms and parking permits
