From fully integrated presentation systems to upgraded adjustable LED lighting, Commons can make each event memorable for all attendees. Complimentary wifi is available throughout the facility.  Whether you are planning to meet in person or host a hybrid event, Commons Conference Center is able to assist with streaming and audio visual services. Support and services offered include:

  • Facilitate scheduling Zoom/Teams sessions and breakout rooms for the event
  • Organize virtual rehearsal with presenters
  • Assisting presenters with presentation and AV issues during event
  • On-demand recordings

Media Console in Auditoriums: Height adjustable media desk with built in computer and monitor, running Windows 10. Touch display screen to switch between house computer and personal device to display to projector and house sound system. HDMI, USB-C, VGA and display port connections as well as USB input for flash drive. Includes two lavaliere microphones, one podium microphone, slide advancer and confidence monitor (upon request). $300
Projection Package: Projector, screen, sound system  available in Stadium, Longhorn, Bevo, Mustang, Tower and Lone Star Rooms.  Two microphones included in Stadium and Bevo. $200
