For groups of 25 or less, we are happy to offer meal tickets for your guests to dine in Commons Café. There is a $15 minimum per ticket and $25 administrative processing fee.
We also are able to provide meal tickets for our special café events. Treat your staff!
Deliveries and Pickups
Catering may be ordered for pickup or deliveries. Breakfast can be scheduled as early as 7:30am and we are able to offer food and beverage throughout the day, including dinner and bar service.
Deliveries to PRC departments require a $300 minimum order and $35 delivery fee.
Pickup orders may require a pickup fee, depending on items ordered. Coffee not available for pickup.

Off-site bar services must be ordered 15 days in advance. A fee of $100 permit fee applies for bar setups outside Commons Building. Additional fees from TABC will apply for bars requested within 15 business days.
Meeting Room Reservations
Commons Conference Center offers complimentary meeting space, based on availability, for PRC employee staff meetings. Standard charges for audio visual and catering apply.
Rooms may only be reserved on Mondays or Fridays, up to 3 months prior to the requested meeting date. However, within 30 days of the meeting date, rooms may be reserved any day of the week.
