Our dedicated conference coordinators are available to help reserve space and answer questions Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. via phone at 512-471-5898 or email. For your convenience, we also provide an online reservation system which includes pricing, availability and pictures for each meeting space.

Off-Campus Organizations:

Commons Conference Center is available to outside organizations when events meet the following criteria:

  • Educationally focused, non-political and / or sectarian
  • Not resulting in financial gain for any individual, group, association or corporation
  • On-premise selling or fundraising is prohibited. Brochures, catalogs and promotional materials may be brought in and displayed
  • Completion of an Approval Form and Cover Letter is required to confirm reservation (instruction and forms provided)
  • Tax-exempt certificate required for tax exempt organizations
  • Copies of promotional material & links to digital advertising including websites or social media
